Ain’t Burned All the Bright

11 January, 2022

Book cover. A black hand is above lined paper. There is a flame in the hand. The names of the author and illustrator are typed on small strips of paper above the flame. The background above the hand is a blue sky with a few clouds. The title is messily written in white multiple times across and on top of the cover illustrations. Some of the words are scratched out.Ain’t Burned All the Bright by Jason Reynolds artwork by Jason Griffin

And all of the symbolism attached to that word, especially NOW.
