What Haunts the Ice

What Haunts the Ice by S. Hati
Feiwel & Friends

From author S. Hati comes a high stakes young adult thriller about what happens when the pursuit of knowledge goes too far, set against the alluring―and endlessly dangerous―backdrop of Antarctica.

None of this would have happened if we’d left Antarctica alone.

For seventeen year old Payal, a once-in-a-lifetime high school trip to Antarctica is the perfect distraction: from her uncertain plans for the future, and from her empty home, echoing with the ghost of a sister who is no longer there. For Zoe, though, it’s something much more sinister: a way to keep an eye on her increasingly troubled older brother who’s an expedition guide for Payal’s trip.

But after Zoe’s brother is found dead on the ship en route to the research station, the teens realize they aren’t the only ones with secrets.
