Banned Books Week – Let Freedom Read

Today is our last posting for Banned Books week, but the week culminates tomorrow with Let Freedom Read Day. Sponsored by American Library Association, Let Freedom Read Day asks us to do an action, no matter how small, to fight against book bans and lend support to teachers and librarians. Actions range from buying a banned book, checking out a banned book, registering to vote, sending a letter or email to your state representative, etc.
